LICENSE AGREEMENT
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using
this software. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by
Bermin Software your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this
license agreement and warranty.

REGISTERED VERSION
One registered copy of MobyToday may be used by a single person who uses
the software personally on one computing device. All source code
and compiled versions of the source code is considered part of the
registered software and can not be distributed without a different license
agreement signed by Bermin Software.
EVALUATION LICENSE
Evaluation version of this software can be distributed freely in whole
without modifications or additions.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT
