Using MobyToday

Automatic syncronisation to the built-in calendar
MobyToday automatically syncronises to the built-in calendar or to-do list. This means that whenever you make changes to the built-in calendar (either manually or via syncronising to your computer), it will automatically be reflected in MobyToday. Please note that it can take up to a minute before the changes are visible in MobyToday.

Navigating through appointments and tasks
Please note that if you are using MobyToday as a stand-by application, you must first put MobyToday into active mode before you can use most of the features described below.

You navigate through the appointments and tasks in MobyToday, by using the navigation keys of your mobile phones. The first time you press any of the navigation keys you enter Navigation Mode.

Navigation Mode means that MobyToday will stop the automatic syncronisation with the built-in calendar. This is needed in order to make changes to the calendar, like for example deleting an appointment. You exit navigation mode, by selecting the "Stand-by" menu option. This will re-activate the automatic syncronisation with the built-in calendar.

Whenever MobyToday is in Navigation Mode you will se this symbol in the upper right corner . This is to highlight that the automatic syncronisation is turned off.

Deleting appointments or tasks
You delete an appointment or task by selecting it, and then use the menu option "Delete". If your phone has a "Delete" or "C" button, you can also use that to delete an appointment or task. If you delete an appointment or task in MobyToday, it will also be deleted in the phones built-in calendar.

Marking tasks as completed appointments or tasks
You can mark a task as completed by selecting it, and then use the menu option "Set Completed". If you mark a task as completed in MobyToday, it will also be marked as completed in the phones built-in task list.

Viewing the week ahead
If you want to quickly have a look at what is coming up in the coming week, you can use the menu option "Week Ahead". You exit the week ahead view, and go back into the normal view, by pressing the Back button, or by choosing the menu option "Back".

Using MobyToday in fullscreen mode
If you want to view MobyToday in full screen mode, you choose the menu option "Toggle full-screen". Please note that, depending on the phone model, this will hide the menu bar from the view. How you use the menu in full-screen mode depends on the phone model, but normally you press one of the soft buttons below the screen.

Please also note that if you are using MobyToday as a stand-by application, MobyToday will exit full screen view whenever you go back to phone's stand-by screen.
