Support

Please first have a look at the Frequently Asked Questions before contacting us, since you probably will find your answer there.

If you can not find your answer in the FAQ, or if you want to report a bug, then please contact us on email address support@bermin.net. Please specify your phone model and version of MobyExplorer you are using.

Supported phones

MobyExplorer uses the Java package JSR-75 to manage the file system on the mobile phone. Support for JSR-75 is needed for MobyExplorer for FTP to work. Below you can find a list of phones which supports this package.

Please note that this list is not exhaustive. We try our best to keep this list up to date, but there are most likely more phones which support JSR-75. Please contact us on support@bermin.net to report phone models which are missing in the list.

Phones without Thawte root certificate
MobyExplorer is signed using a Thawte certificate. This enables MobyExplorer to access the phone file system without any restrictions. Currently most Nokia and Sony Ericsson phones support this root certificate. If you have a Siemens or Motorola phone you need to download the unsigned version of MobyExplorer by going here.
